Concrete around here lives a hard life. Winters are long and cold, county roads and city streets get salted, and cars bring that slush inside for months. How a job runs

• We visit, measure, and check the floor for moisture, oil, old coatings and cracks.
• You get a written quote that names the system, the number of coats, the prep work and one total price.
• The slab is ground with diamond tooling, edges and corners included, and the dust is vacuumed up.
• Cracks, spalls and pitted spots are filled and ground flush before the first coat.
• Coats go down in the order the manufacturer specifies, at temperatures the product allows.
• You get written timing for foot traffic, putting things back and driving on the floor.
• If anything needs to be added to the job, we write it up and you approve it before we do it.

We coat concrete only. We do not coat wood, tile or vinyl. If a slab has a problem that a coating will not fix, such as water seeping through it, a section that has heaved, or a crack that keeps widening, we tell you before you spend money on a finish.
